The Iconica exterior is a blend of corten steel and cedar. The internal breezeways feature lightwell openings designed to welcome the Columbia River Gorge’s iconic sun, rain and snow into the central core. The open-air rooftop invites guests to socialize while taking in the breathtaking, unobstructed view of Mt Hood. The space The Iconica is one block from all of White Salmon’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and wine bars. This suite is located at street level. It has a cooktop, mini-fridge, and all the other amenities that you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home! If you plan to prepare a more elaborate meal please let us know so our cleaning staff can drop additional cookware and utensils prior to your arrival. During times of extreme heat, our 1 and 2 bedrooms suites can get a bit warm, so we have fans in all our bedrooms to help circulate airflow. Because the unit is in the living room it does take longer for the air to circulate through the bedroom. It was sized to keep the entire suite including the bedroom warm or cool, depending on the setting. All of our studios and deluxe studios have the mini-splits in the living area where the bed is located. Check in time 4:00pm Check out time 10:00am Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day. There are two public city parking lots a cross the street north of the hotel. There is also some parking spots under the south building of the hotel. We want to remind you that there is no staff onsite. If you find yourself in need of extra linens, towels, or additional toilet paper, please send us a text or email and our housekeeping staff will deliver them to your suite the following day between 10am-4pm. We are dog-friendly and charge a $50.00 pet fee because of the extra cleaning. We prefer to only allow dogs in suites 1, 2 & 4. However, if any of those are unavailable you are welcome to book any other suite. We do charge an additional 200.00 dollar fee if any dogs are left unattended. We only do this because on occasion guests have left barking pets in their suites.
