However, it closes on Thursdays at 6pm for service in high season (memorial day to labor day). During off season, it may need to occasionally close for repairs. I will give as much notice as I can. PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy. PARKING/AMENITIES FEE: A one- time $75 parking and amenities fee is due to the Capri front desk upon check in. This fee includes ONE parking space. A second space can be purchased for $10 per night pending availability. **This fee is subject to change** WASHER/DRYER USE: You are more than welcome to use-they are brand new in 2022. Just please keep in mind they are economy size and energy efficient. This means their capacity is limited and cycles take longer than you might expect. ---GUESTS WITH PROFILES LOWER THAN A 4.5 RATING will not be allowed to instantly book the property. If for whatever reason the reservation confirms the system, the reservation might be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Refundable Damage deposits may also be required in these instances. --ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming, and a higher security deposit. --IDENTIFY AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK/POST BOOKING REQUIREMENTS/RENTAL AGREEMENT/SECURITY HOLD--By booking this reservation, I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. If the system returns a possible identify fraud or doesn't pass the criminal background or bad guess data base, your reservation might be cancelled. After booking your reservation, you will be given a link to a "boarding pass" via EnsoConnect. You will be asked to fill in basic information, sign a rental agreement, and complete a security hold to complete this process. **THIS STEP MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE RESERVATION BEGINS** --RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit is present. As with any ring camera, this device can potentially pick up conversations from close range. This is for security purposes only. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit. --UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Capri Management or engineers reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given. -NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds or alternate accommodations are given given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise. --BATHROOMS will be fully renovated in January 2025.
