Derby Delight- Ventnor Home, 5 Minutes to Beach
Located in a very convenient area of Ventnor, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is perfect for to unwind and chill out! Enjoy all that Ventnor has to offer, and also not far from the famous Atlantic City Beach, Boardwalk and Casinos! This home is provides a cozy and comfortable setting. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach and much more! Approximately a 5 min drive or 15 minute walk to the Beach! The space The home is adorable and perfect for a retreat! Freshly designed, it has charm from the inside out. Located in the Ventnor City close to all and just a quick ride to the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City. There are a total of 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The home can accommodate up to 10 guests but please review the sleeping arrangements to be sure it will be suitable for your group and needs. Below is the layout of the 3 levels of the home: FIRST LEVEL: -Enjoy the pool room with a wet bar area for some fun and entertainment on the ground level of the home. -Off of the pool room, there is one bedroom. BEDROOM 1 - 2 Full Beds w/ an ensuite Full Bathroom. -There is also an outdoor patio in the back with an outdoor shower. SECOND LEVEL: The 2nd level home has a living room, dining area, full kitchen and a sunroom. THIRD LEVEL: The 3rd level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. BEDROOM 2 - 2 Queen Sized Beds with a ensuite half bath BEDROOM 3 - 2 Queen Sized Beds *Bedroom 2 and 3 have a connecting Full Bathroom and there is a Full Bath in the hallway that has a jacuzzi tub. BEDROOM 4 - 1 Full Sized Bed ***There are TV's with streaming apps (no cable) in each bedroom and the living room. Guest access ACCESS & ENTRY: -You will have full access to the home and driveway. -This home has interior stairs. -We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -You may use the driveway for parking. -Additional vehicles may park in the street where available. -Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. BEACH TAGS: -There will be 10 Beach Tags provided to guests for their stay. -There will be a $25 fee for any tags not returned upon departure. MAIL: -Please do not ship items to the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property. ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic. SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security. SMOKING/PETS: -There is NO SMOKING OR PETS permitted in this property. -If you smoke outdoors, please be respectful and dispose of any cigarettes properly. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Derby Delight", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings. -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Cancellation policy WILL apply if reservation is cancelled. OTHER DETAILS: -Ventnor City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable.
