Below is the layout of the 3 levels of the home: FIRST LEVEL: -Enjoy the pool room with a wet bar area for some fun and entertainment on the ground level of the home. -Off of the pool room, there is one bedroom. SECOND LEVEL: The 2nd level home has a living room, dining area, full kitchen and a sunroom. THIRD LEVEL: The 3rd level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. BEDROOM 2 - 2 Queen Sized Beds with a ensuite half bath BEDROOM 3 - 2 Queen Sized Beds *Bedroom 2 and 3 have a connecting Full Bathroom and there is a Full Bath in the hallway that has a jacuzzi tub. BEDROOM 4 - 1 Full Sized Bed ***There are TV's with streaming apps (no cable) in each bedroom and the living room.
