This is our vacation home - named for our dog, Brooks, and the brooks around the property - that we are sharing with family, friends and guests when we aren’t there. Great for a getaway for two with the first floor having the main living spaces, queen bedroom and full bath. Located 5 miles from the historic Nashville downtown where you’ll find restaurants, craft breweries, wine-tastings, art galleries and many unique shops.
