The space This home was built in 1912 and still has the character and charm reminiscent of those days, with many built-ins and beautiful bedroom windows on the 2nd floor. The natural light in this home is amazing. There is a gas fireplace in the sitting room. There is a wonderful shaded back yard, and a swing on the front porch for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have access to our entire home. There are 2 parking spaces in front of our home, along the road. There is additional parking behind our house in front of our 2 car garage and along the side of the garage. Other things to note All of our tv’s are smart tv’s. 65 inch wall mount in the living room. 55 inch wall mount in the downstairs bedroom. 32 inch wall mount upstairs in the bedroom with the twin beds. Every bedroom has a ductless mini split for air conditioning/heat. You can set the air/heat to your own comfort in your bedroom. The house as a whole, is heated with a boiler in the basement and cooled with mini splits in the living room and individual bedrooms.
