We are minutes away from Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. The house features an open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, spacious living room and kitchen area. There's plenty of room in the backyard to play ball or just relax by the firepit. There is a gas grill on the deck if you feel like cooking outside. The space Living room has loveseat that pulls out into a bed. Lift up the seat of the chaise to find hidden storage underneath to keep blankets, pillows and more nearby and tucked away. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi internet and stream your favorite HD show on new 65" UHD Roku TV. You would have to use your login information to get access to paid services like Netflix and Disney+ Bedroom 1 has Queen size bed with comfortable 11 inch memory foam mattress, dresser, closet. Bedroom 2 is smaller and has single size bed, small desk, closet. Good for kids. Guest access You have access to the full house and backyard. Other things to note Parking: You can use the entire driveway which can fit 4 cars. We are located near Rt16, it may get pretty busy in the morning hours and on a weekend. Expect some road noise.
