On the entrance floor of this rustic house, you will find a double bedroom, with wardrobe and window overlooking nature, a bathroom with bathtub, a cosy living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood oven and a dining area. On the upper floor, with tilted low ceilings, there are two more comfortable double bedrooms and a guest WC with bath. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room promotes a familiar and cosy atmosphere, the ideal place in the house to enjoy in company on cold winter days and in summer, shelter from the hot mountain sun. Camacha is considered the cultural capital of Madeira for keeping alive its ancient traditions, namely its colourful and lively Folklore and Ethnographic Groups and its highly regarded handicrafts, specializing in a great variety of wicker objects and regional embroidery.
