Experience the perfect SoCal getaway in our sunlit beach retreat, located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. Just one block from the beach and two blocks from the bustling downtown area, you'll have easy access to fantastic restaurants, lively bars, shops, and the Convention Center. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, our home offers everything you need. Start your day with various fresh brews at our tea and coffee bar, then relax and unwind in our space's cozy, stylish comfort. The space Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a heavenly king size memory-foam mattress on a platform bed. Think of this as your beach getaway with a classic skyline. Enjoy and relax in this warm mid-century style bedroom. Living Room / 2nd Bedroom - Our second bedroom is a convertible room that may change from a living room to a 2nd bedroom or even to a baby’s room. Each bedroom comes with its own walk-in closet with plenty of space for you. Bathroom - Full-service bathroom supplies: In addition to fresh towels, you now have a selection of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a blow dryer. You'll pretty much just needs clothes! Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a pots and pans, spices and with plenty of room for your groceries. You can even bake a cake. Dining Room - The dining area features a 4-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. It also has a relaxing reading corner for your favorite pass time. Amenities - In the evening after your walk on the beach, you can log on using your account to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO on one of our Smart TV flat screens. Beach supplies: Grab a beach towel and a frisbee and hit the sand. The beach is just one block away so who can resist!? Game supply: Pass an evening with your pals playing cards and board games. A brand-new washing machine and a dryer are in the apartment. Baby Supplies: We have a travel bed and highchair ready, as well as toys and children's crockery Dog Supplies: A brand-new dog bed and a food bowl is waiting for your furry friend. Parking - Parking is tricky in all Long Beach neighborhoods including this one, so skip renting a car and use Lyft/Uber. If you come with your car, free street parking is available, be aware of the parking signs. Guest access Guest access - You will have full private access to a 2-bedroom, one bath apartment (including kitchen, living room, dining room and two utility rooms). This apartment is in a 16-unit apartment building with all other units being occupied by full time residents. Other things to note Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Our early check-in is $50 Additionally, if you want to check in before 12:00pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. Our check-out time is 11:00 am. Our late check-out fee is $50 Additionally, if you want to check out after 3:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So, please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate it. If you would like to have an early/late check-in or a late check-out, then you will need to let us know one day in advance in writing. Doing this DOES NOT GUARANTEE our approval. Our approvals depend completely on factors that are out of our control. For example, whether the previous guest broke something at the property, whether the property needs its scheduled maintenance, whether our maids or technicians have ample time to do their job, whether our hosts/hostesses will have ample time to perform their inspections, whether the check-in is done outside of working hours, or whether there are any unprecedented issues. These are just a few examples of issues that determine whether or not we are able to approve an early/late check-in or a late check-out. So, let us know as soon as possible if this is something you are interested in and we can see if it is something we can accommodate. -Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange that for you. It will be $150 per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings. -This is a non-smoking property; smoking is prohibited in units. -We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am daily. This is to help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. -We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. -Please note: The operator will require an agreement for the guest to complete credit and background screening to complete the booking process after their reservation is made if the guest doesn’t have a positive review history in their Airbnb profile. -FULL GUEST LIST REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING NO VISITORS ALLOWED We do not allow parties or visitors because these things often lead to a multitude of liability issues that threaten our permit to rent - issues with the homeowner, with the neighborhood, with the fire department, and with the laws surrounding property management (e.g., property capacity). If this rule is broken, then you will be asked to leave without a refund since you have chosen to put our permit at risk. So, to ensure that there are no infractions of this rule, we will ask for (1) a guest list and (2) the IDs of every adult within each reservation. Obtaining these two things also helps us protect you by ensuring that the right person and the right amount of people arrive at the property. Cleanliness: During COVID-19 we increased our cleaning to include wiping down all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional-grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless of their appearance: we will wash them whether or not they appear to be used - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends. Registration number NRP23-01195
