(Perfect booking for enjoyment: 3 couples/parties, as each would have their own suite in the house.)(Maximum overnight booking per rules, 8 people)(Options for more) THE SPACE!; This fully renovated and exceptionally curated three bedroom (each a private suite), plus three and a half bath home is perfect for your family or group. Featuring high end finishes and fixtures throughout. The stunning and spacious living room and event space is great for socializing and relaxing (sleeper sofa in this space as well). The adjoining full kitchen has lots of cabinets and enough counter space for cooking. There is a unique atrium adjoining the other side of the kitchen. The three main entertainment spaces (Main room, Kitchen, and indoor courtyard) feature large scale art, decor and dining fair. Also a 65’ Samsung Frame TV provides an immersive art and television experience. Great spaces for small band set up, DJ set up, office parties, or other small events. The first floor bedroom has a king bed and a sofa sleeper and has its own secluded wing of the property. The second floor has two full bedrooms with en-suites and the full service laundry area. The larger of the two bedrooms upstairs features two queen beds and an elevated loft space with cozy options for additional hangs and sleeps (one sleeper sofa and room for inflatable if desired), the second bedroom has a king bed and a day bed (room for inflatable if desired). The bedroom and suite situation here makes this space ideal for 3 couples and/or 3 families, and/or 3 individuals and/or any combination of those with privacy provided for each of the three parties with the perfect layout with the 3 main suites! The home is located in-between the prime areas of NULU, Whisky Row, and Waterfront Park. There are many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Louisville has to offer within walking distance. Many other popular areas are just a short drive or uber ride away. Oversized garage with digital key pad access can fit an oversized vehicle, or 2-4 cars pending sizes. Please review all of the attached photos and let us know if you have any questions! CITY LIVING DISCLAIMERS; It is understood that when booking this space that there are multiple bars, venues, and activities adjacent to and near this location, including the world famous PT’s Strip Club and more. Other neighbors include residential condos, event spaces, parking lots, stadiums, restaurants, clubs and bars. (Clubs and Bars in Louisville are able to remain open until 4am) We recommend ear plugs for light sleepers! Despite all these surroundings, the city does have noise ordinance laws enforced at all hours, and any disturbing noises can be reported at anytime, and will be addressed by authorities. We want to provide a great urban retreat, complete with easy access to all our city has to offer. We also will support our local clubs and bars, but we will happily join our guests in noise complaints if any noise is excessive or disturbing. In summary, we’ll always work to ensure your stay here is more pleasurable! ***In understanding that this location is in this type of setting, please consider this when booking. Your stay may have instances of loud noise, events, street closures, and other predictable or unpredictable elements that exist in this type of location. (If you love city living, you’ll absolutely love this place! If you are not accustomed to city living, or scared of city living, this space will not be enjoyable.) EVENT OPPORTUNITIES; - EVENT CAPACITY: Available upon request, but limited as per code. - No undisclosed events. ALL EVENTS must be pre-approved by hosts through messaging directly. - Any event is limited in capacity as per legal code regulations, and must comply with quiet hours. - Midday events will need to book TWO (2) nights, the night before and after to ensure availability. - Any damages will be pursued swiftly. GUESTS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EVENT OR CAPACITY VIOLATIONS, AND/OR DAMAGES. Guest access The property features smart locks to provide self check-in. You will be provided your own personal code that will be active for the duration of stay. The code will be shared prior to check in! Early check in options; We can sometimes provide early check in access, but it will always depend on availability of our cleaning team, the condition of the property, and the timing of our previous check out. We are a small individually run operation, but we strive to accommodate where we can! Other things to note The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals and features cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware and flatware. Some basic items are provided. We do suggest bringing any "must have" items with you. The bathrooms are also usually stocked with general bath products, and rooms with plush linens, make up remover towels. We do suggest bringing any "must have" items with you as we cannot guarantee availability of items. These units are available for short term and long term stays. Laundry appliances are available in some units, however guests will need to provide detergent. Long term guest may request to have additional cleanings and linen changes during the stay for an additional fee (Varies per property and guests). Toilet paper, paper towels and other basics are not replenished during the stay due to the significant discount of the rate provided during the duration of the stay. (Any items can be replenished ala carte via our services or any other delivery service upon request) We do have a firm cancelation policy due to the calendar being unavailable to book to other guests, so traveler's insurance is highly recommended.
