Guadalupe Getaway in the Texas Hill Country is a 3-story home located on 4 acres of Guadalupe riverfront property. Inside the home: You'll find bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and third floors, while the living area (living room, kitchen, half bathroom and laundry room) are located on the second floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one containing a queen size bed, the other having a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There are 2 full size bathrooms on this floor for your convenience. There is also a small living room with Smart TV, and access to the front balcony, and the side balcony with hot tub. On the second floor you'll find a spacious open living area which connects to the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. You'll also find a half bath and a laundry room on this floor for your convenience. On the third floor, you'll find the primary bedroom which features a king size bed, and 2 private balconies. There is also a bonus room with a twin daybed/trundle bed combination. Also located on the third floor is a spacious full bathroom, complete with a large bathtub and separate shower. Each floor has balcony space overlooking the expansive Texas Hill Country. A new firepit has been added. The screen must be kept on the fire at all times. There is a fire extinguisher in the first floor louvered closet by the door. Please take it down to the firepit in case of emergency. Guests must follow Kendall County burn ban guidelines. Links can't be posted on Airbnb, so you will receive a link for this information in your welcome letter. Though you'll be tempted to relax by the fire, the nearby horseshoe pits will be calling to you. Challenge your family and friends to a game! While the river can't be "seen" from the house, it is just over the ridge. You may either walk or drive down to the river, if your vehicle enjoys off-roading. There is a visible worn vehicle path for you to follow. The property to be enjoyed by Guadalupe Getaway guests is situated between the tall Martin birdhouse on the left, and the car path on the right. Please do not trespass on neighbors property. They are friendly, but do enjoy their privacy. Guests will access Guadalupe Getaway through a keypad entry. Guadalupe Getaway is located about 20 minutes from downtown Boerne. While remote and private, please be considerate of neighbors on either side of the home. You'll find two flights of beautifully hand crafted, natural cedar "live edge" stairs in this home. The steps are not uniform in size or shape. Very small children, elderly guests and pets should be supervised on the stairs, as they are not "uniform" steps.
