During the warmer seasons, you may on occasion see the grounds getting mowed. Other things to note Pets* allowed upon request and approval. Early check-in* allowed upon request and availability. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP; as we live in the main house, and our property managers are close by. The space is one of a kind. We understand that it may not be for everyone. Our historic carriage house, built 132 years ago, stands 70 feet from the main house. It has uneven floors/ceilings, winding stairs to the 2nd floor, and 7 foot-tall sloped BR ceilings. Mobility-impaired guests should take caution, and it’s not suitable for small children. Heating or air conditioning may vary on each floor. Dishes must be washed by hand. But it is charming, unique and in the most beautiful section of the Rivermont Historic District.
