Situated on an expansive corner lot, you'll be greeted by an avocado-green, charming house with a bright orange door, and a cute front patio area. Off-street parking is on the left (North) side of the house, and there is room for two cars. **Family/kids items and description at the bottom of the description** Guest access Enter through the back yard, or the front of the house. Whichever way you choose, you'll be greeted by a handsomely-decorated, fun room. Other things to note From the front of the house, you'll be able to enter contact-free. You'll walk right into the main living area and dining area. Highlighted with a warm color palette, this living area will be where you enjoy a cup o' Joe, or maybe a glass or two of wine at night. The front-facing windows open on a swivel to create great air flow. There isn't a single guest who will walk in without commenting on the sweeping vintage lamp. Leave this room, and take a right to run directly into the newly-remodeled bathroom featuring authentic Moroccan-imported Zellige tile. Everything in this bathroom is completely custom from the floating double vanity to the rain shower. This will be one of the best showers you take. Take a right out of the bathroom to walk into the unexpectedly-expansive bedroom starring a king bed, and a lovely sitting niche great for relaxing, or reading a book. The custom-made coffee table opens for extra storage (careful, it's quite heavy!). The vibrant bull painting is an original piece of art imported from an artist in Israel. Head across the hall to enter the first, and main, guest bedroom. Simple, yet cozy. Cool tones with a hint of warmth. If you take a left out of the living room, you'll enter a large kitchen completely stocked with a full stainless steel fridge and ice maker, dishwasher, gas range, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, wine glasses, pots, pans, among so much more. It's just as your kitchen would be stocked at home. In the two folding doors you will find the washer and dryer stocked with anything you may need for laundry. Past the kitchen is the fun bonus room: The Purple Room. Use this as a secondary living space, or slide the barn door, and shut the door to use it as the third bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed. Feel free to read any books, or even the bowling ball in the purple bowling bag. :) The back yard is perfect for enjoying by yourself or with the family. Featuring strung cafe lights, and an outdoor dining area completed with an umbrella, you'll be sure to spend time out here if the weather permits. There is a sprinkler and portable mister to attach to the spigot if wanted. **Family/kids: The house was set up for a family, so the house is pretty kid-friendly. We leave a few toys for kids entertainment, as well as kid’s books on the book shelves. A pack-and-play will also be in the closet of the guest bedroom to the right of the bedroom and a high-chair is in the purple room closet.
