I have one propane grill for your use and nice rear deck for relaxing on. The front mahogany porch is great for people watching and making memorable summer memories. This house is the perfect summer rental for large families traveling together, but also wanting separate spaces. The upstairs has a fully equipped kitchenette, living room- with a sofa couch, dining room for four, 2 bedrooms and full bath and also features a sitting deck where you can see glimpse of the ocean. I offer tv's in every bedroom with access to hundreds of channels including movie channels. I also provide family board games, such as checkers, jenga, scrabble, and a lot of the good old classic games! The home comes with a washer and dryer on each floor.
