Washer & Dryer for guests use located in basement which is also a separate common area, shared with the upstairs guest. **Laundry is available from 9am-8pm as a mutual courtesy to not disturb other guests. This property accepts up to (2) pre-approved, well behaved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per pet. We cannot accept Cats due to allergies. Please read and understand our pet policy before booking. **NOTE: This is a basement apartment and there will often be other guests above the space. We do realize that sound travels and we have added earplugs, a fan and a noise machine to help with sound. If you are a light sleeper this may not be a good fit. There is also a “Glamper” at the back of the lot that has a separate yard and enters off the alley. ALL units have completely private and separate entrances as well as Private AND Separate fenced yards. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private home, shared laundry, & shared backyard. **Washer/Dryer in shared common area laundry room in basement available between 9am-8pm. Other things to note ~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties. ~ You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details, which will be charged once you add the pet to the reservation. If you are bringing an (2) pets, we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization. Please also be aware of our pet policy: -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest. -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable.
