Located behind Palmetto Cottage, which is also available to rent, the detached Carriage House has it's own dedicated parking and private entrance and is located on the same property as the Cottage. The space Palmetto Carriage House is a light filled studio apartment full of charming, eclectic details! With vaulted ceilings and reclaimed materials, the Carriage House is full of style and personality. A king size bed and full bathroom (with tub) is perfect for two people. Generous seating in the living room offers plenty of places to nap or read. A charming, private back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cool drink at the end of the day. A small but well stocked efficiency kitchen meets your needs for a short day. There is no stove but a hot plate and toaster oven will cover all your cooking needs. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the attached laundry area. We provide an initial supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, toiletries and laundry detergent for few days. Folding beach chairs and beach towels are available for guest use. Other things to note Driveway is tight so no trailers or campers are allowed.
