This private apartment has a wonderful expansive view of the Marmara Sea and mountains. In a newly built complex, there is a lot of privacy. All the amenities are brand new, with lots of closet room. The full kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need for a short or long stay. The seaside is a 5-minute walk downhill. The Mudanya seaside boardwalk filled with restaurants and cafes is a 5-minute drive away. To BUDO water bus is a 7-minute drive. Great for a stress-free getaway. The space This is a studio apartment - full kitchen, full washroom, and open area with a bed, sofa bed , dining table, and television. The dining table doubles as a workspace. Memory foam mattress and extra linens are provided for a more comfortable stay. There is lots of closet room so you don’t have to live out of your luggage. When the weather is nice out, the doors can be opened so you can view the sea and sky, and get fresh air to the entire apartment from the comfort of the living room sofa. Guest access There is a main road a few seconds away, parking in front of the apartment is always available. Other things to note There are no stairs between the parking spot and apartment. The apartment is one single level. There are no stairs.
