The custom built chefs kitchen is a dream with butcher block counters and all the cookware you could need. The custom island dinette is a unique structure with functionality and major aesthetic appeal. The space This beautiful open floor plan in the main living area includes a 55” smart TV, restored barn wood accent wall with a 65” electric fire place/heater with multiple light color settings to heat the space while providing a nice ambiance. On the north wall is a well constructed, sturdy, very comfortable Murphy bed with a queen memory foam mattress and bedding, which easily pulls down for additional sleeping space and conveniently hides away. The custom designed chefs kitchen and dining nook is stunning, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful home cooked meal. Including all brand new smart appliances, full spice rack, salt pepper and olive oil, blender, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and K pods for your morning coffee provided. The bathroom is spacious with lots of natural light, a gorgeous claw foot tub and shower and large vanity. You will want to spend time relaxing in this space! The bedroom has lots of storage for your luggage, hangers and rods for clothes and shelving. The king memory foam bed is a dream, with a beautiful wool rug to warm your feet. Outside the patio sliding glade doors there is patio furniture which points to the most incredible sunset. The private outdoor area has Bbq gas grill, fire pit and chairs to enjoy the stargazing and s’mores, and a “Cowboy tub” stock tank pool (8’ diameter 2’ deep). Life doesn’t get much better than this! Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy! Other things to note We do have the stock tank on the property for our family use when visiting Joshua tree. You are welcome to use it if you would like, but we do not maintain it and do not take any responsibility for any issues/maintenance that may be needed at the time of your reservation so expectations should be set accordingly We do not provide propane for the girl if you would like to use the grill there may be propane left from the previous guest. Otherwise, you will need to refill the five tanks five minutes down the street at the local gas station. We do not provide lighters, firewood, or firestarter for the fire pit. If you would like to enjoy a fire please make sure to reach out to the local fire department to make sure that fires are not prohibited at the time of your reservation and please always use the spark screen and keep hose nearby to put out the fire completely. The properties in Joshua Tree have dirt road access. The road to our property is 1 mile long dirt road. It is accessible by all vehicles.
