This particular bedroom Is a bit cut up but bright and spacious it’s more like a sideways U shape. Room is very open when you walk in and lots of space to the left with plenty of closet and shelving space for clothing . This room is on the second floor Very quiet space. With built-in desk and 1 good size closet. All of the common areas are open for any of our guests to feel at home to use, relax etc. the kitchen, living room, backyard patio The space We welcome all into our home. Cozy small cape house in West Newton, MA. We are a hospitable, kind, welcoming family with a warm comfy home.. There are 3 bed rooms that are for Air B and B guests, This area is close to many schools and universities that has been convenient for students in which we’ve had many grads, interns, international students. We always want you to feel at home so please…our home is your home :) We have an eat in kitchen, living room , 1 full bath that is shared and a 1/2 bath down in our lower finished basement. Laundry, WiFi, cable tv. We have Parking enough for 4 cars tandem in driveway. Parking on street is allowed all hours during the year - except from 2 :00 AM to 5:00 AM from December through April 1st winter/snow season. We have a very nice back patio with chairs umbrella and table, nice yard and gas grill for anyone to use. Our neighborhood is very safe .We are located close to restaurants, pharmacy, small theatre, banks, grocery,markets etc....easy access to main routes to Boston and surrounding areas. The T , bus, commuter rail, public transportation within minutes to walk to. I will make space in a kitchen cabinet for your dry goods, in the refrigerator for any other groceries for each guest. I also make a small space in the bathroom for toiletries if needed. Guest access We make sure that any of our guests have a parking space if needed. Use of a bicycle if interested. The backyard and patio in any of the common areas in our home. During your stay We are a very warm and welcoming home. We would love to socialize and talk with any of Our guests providing they show interest in doing so at the same time we are more than happy to let our guest be left alone we’ve always had very good sense to what anyone that stays with us would like. We are very easy-going. Other things to note We are very welcoming and are here to help if you are in need of anything any questions or assistance with getting around or whatever it might be :-)
