Welcome to Pancho's Villa! Our tent offers a heated Queen-sized bed, fiber internet, electric AC/Heater unit (please note, extreme temps limit efficacy) & 2 fully stocked propane grilling stations. 50 min from Zion, 40 min from Kanab, 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon. Its boho design creates a fun, relaxing space with the comforts of WiFi & electricity! Guests have access to our bathhouse (less than 20 yards) w/ indoor slot-canyon showers that are a must-see! A custom-built fire pit is also on site. The space This 14x16 ft tent is one of the largest glamping tents on site (we have 4 properties total). Most of the furnishings were custom-made specifically for this tent by Randy & Tammy, the owners. Check out the pictures! Pancho's Villa offers a Queen-sized bed with a heated mattress pad, loveseat, front porch & a breakfast table with enough seating for two. An electric heater and heated mattress pad are provided in the winter & an AC unit and floor fan are provided in the summer. We also provide an insulated cooler on the porch to store all groceries & there's a full-sized grocery store less than 10 min away. During the winter months, propane heaters are available for purchase, $20/tank please let us know 1 day before the booking. Guest access We offer on-site grocery delivery & cooler stocking. Be sure to visit the "Express Grocery" tab on our property website for details & to place your order. We are located off of a dirt road. Due to the remote area, navigation can be tricky. We send detailed driving instructions on the day of check-in to all guests to ensure there are no issues finding us. Each tent has a private parking spot. We are in a very rural area but please note, we do have neighbors on both sides of us, one of which are horses and cows :) Since this tent is solar-powered, we do ask guests to turn off all units and all lights when not inside the tent to conserve energy and limit energy waste. Although we do our best to provide a high-end, luxury glamping experience- due to the nature of the accommodations and the fact that it is still a canvas tent in a rural setting, please keep in mind that "camping" factors do still come into play: we cannot control the changes that both weather and the surrounding environment may cause. Wifi strength does vary due to our location- windy weather does have an impact on wifi service. Cell phone service is spotty & unreliable. If you are planning on streaming videos, we recommend bringing a hotspot. Cell phone service & wifi can be found 10 minutes up the road in Colorado City. Free wifi is available at the coffee shop and lounge area on the 2nd floor of Bee's Marketplace, making it a great place to get work done if needed.
