The spacious Attic Suite is the entire second floor of the main house at the Katy Trail B&B. The large open floor plan and vaulted ceiling room can sleep two people with a queen-sized sleigh bed. The Attic Suite has central air, a ceiling fan as well as an additional window A/C unit to keep you nice and cool in the summer. The beautiful and roomy suite, includes a private en-suite bathroom, writing desk, sitting area, cable TV, and WiFi. The Attic Suite features a corner tub and shower. The space Guest have shared access to the communal kitchen, living room, and laundry area. During your stay We do not live on the property, but we are very close and can be there in a moments notice.
