Perfect for a Graduate Student as there is a nice Desk/Study Area . The house is relatively quiet as is the neighborhood. This is on Ground Level so you have to walk up one flight of stairs to use the kitchen. Lots of closet space as well. Prefer long term stays. Guest access Lots of privacy . No parties allowed. No overnight guests that are not on the original reservation. We are happy to answer all requests. In general the house is active from 6am on and usually gets quiet around 9pm. The Wifi is the best available RCN and can work outside on the patio as well:)
