The space Open and bright, this top-floor unit has everything you need for relaxing modern-living. Whether you're here to work remotely or in town to explore the many miles of trails around historic Folsom, you will feel right at home. The South-West facing living room is sun soaked and complete with recessed overhead lighting, a gas fireplace and modern furnishings. The Smart TV swivels so you can watch your favorite show from any seat. Enjoy your favorite shows or movies from Netflix, Hulu (Live), Disney+, Amazon Prime, Peacock and HBO Max, all included when you stay. The dining area off of the kitchen seats four at a high-top Napa farmhouse style table with an overhead fan and light for ample fresh air circulation. With a teal accent wall you can look out at the valley view or look into the living room to see what's on Netflix! It's our favorite seat in the house. The kitchen is complete with a full set of stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, newly purchased electric stove and oven and full sized refrigerator. Look outside the kitchen window at the western-facing views or open the sliding door to the patio and enjoy the breeze. The private patio off the kitchen/dining area is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, dinner at the table-for-two or a glass of wine as the sun turns the sky bright shades of pink and orange! Enjoy forced heating & cool air-conditioning throughout the flat and a Nest thermostat to ensure the space is always comfortable to your liking. Make your way down the hallway, you will find the spacious "guest"/2nd bedroom with a full bathroom just across the hall. The guest bedroom offers its own (HUGE!) full walk-in closet along with a work space which includes an electric sit-stand desk and comfortable desk chair. At the end of the hallway you will find the spacious laundry room with both washer and dryer. Finally, the oversized Master suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom complete with shower/tub combo, overhead fan and 2nd entrance to the patio. The afternoon sun in the master suite is hard to beat! Guest access Self check-in and park your vehicle on the premiss. Enjoy hundreds of miles of bike and walking trails just outside the doorstep! Excellent restaurants and shopping are a short drive or even walk away. There are many parks and open spaces to be explored in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood and community. In the spring you will enjoy cherry blossoms lining the streets, in the fall you can take in the reds and oranges of the leaves changing, and in the winter you are only a short trip up to Tahoe and all of the winter wonderlands at the ski resorts! Other things to note This is a second floor unit with a small flight of stairs to the entrance (sorry no elevator in the building).
