Park like neighborhood (playground in walking distance) , cozy ,safe and easy access .Your family will be close to everything , around 30 min driving to most attraction Metropolitan Detroit has to offer without the hassle of noise, safety or parking problems of a downtown location. Available for short or long term rental , immediate occupancy , no parties over 10 people and must tell us in advance , pets are welcome . The space Living-room, formal dining area , 2 regular size bedrooms queen size beds and one smaller bedroom ( twin size bed). Extra sleeper sofa in the living-room. Also have an air mattress available for larger groups . Fully equipped kitchen (2021 renovated ) generous deck in the backyard with outside eating space, exiting from kitchen. Gated, green backyard. Laundry and mini-gym in the basement . Guest access Full above the ground house available , 70% of the basement available , laundry and gym are locate in the basement . Backyard available for parking or outdoor space , garage still has some of our staff but will have it available for parking if snow is coming ( welcome to Michigan ) Other things to note This is a pet friendly home, nevertheless will not encourage alone pets in the house ,we have a lot of wild life around ( deer, squirrel , wild turkeys, rabbits, raccoons foxes and recently a coyote) that could trigger excitement in dogs or cats. Upon request we can help on the pet sitter since we live in the neighborhood . When/if cooking heavy meals please use the high setting of the range hood , and close the doors toward the rest of the house , the airflow takes food smell into bedrooms and is hard to clear for next guest when we have back to back booking . For the toiletry , if using the “flushable “ wipes , please put them in the common trash , not flushing on the toilet . The main sewerage pipe is already challenged by the age and the multiple mature trees who are clogging it thru the connections. Thank you for your help!
