Located in the heart of Kanab, Timber + Tin G is your ideal home away from home, providing everything you need for a seamless stay. This well-appointed retreat was designed specifically for travelers. It features two inviting bedrooms with deluxe king-size beds, complemented by a convertible sofa bed in the living room, perfect for a maximum of six guests. There are two full bathrooms, as well. The living room provides the perfect spot to relax after exploring. Curl up on the sofa bed or one of the comfortable chairs, and catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. We provide Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Freevee and Roku TV. Imagine whipping up family favorites or trying new recipes in the well-equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. Let the laughter roll while preparing meals together around the central kitchen island, the gather around the table to eat and share the day's adventures. Outside, you will have your very own barbecue grill, a rooftop deck with table & chairs, and a fire pit (perfect for roasting marshmallows!). As well, you'll have access to all of the common areas, which include a pavilion in the recreation area, games (corn hole!), pool, hot tub, and the restored 1920's barn. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and all common areas.
