There are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a foyer area, work space, and a washer/dryer on this level. There is also an upper-level porch that extends the full length of the main wing. The left wing houses another primary bedroom and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms plus a full bath round out the upper level. Due to events and weddings, occasionally there could be vendors on the outside of the property for set up or break down of event facilities. Please do not feed the horses. The seasonal 18' x 36' pool is closed from December 1 through May 1. No weddings, reunions, parties, gatherings, cookouts, or get-togethers of any kind with over 20 guests not staying in the house are permitted without an Event and Gathering Contract.
