This includes showers, baths, sinks, appliances, water hoses, irrigation and more. ALL GUESTS MUST FOLLOW RULES. No outdoor activities or loud music/noises indoor and outdoors allowed after 9pm. Don’t be nosy and look over walls into neighbors yard. No illegal activities included but not limited to drugs, fireworks and noise ordinances. No parties, get together, pot lucks, visits, or any other type of gathering outside of regular reservation. Only registered guests will be permitted on property. No private parts exposure outside of home. No urinating or pooping anywhere besides toilets. No honking your horn like a taxi driver in NYC. No locals. These are things some guests have done that all result in immediate cancelation of reservations and evictions with additional charges. It’s sad that I have to write these rules. We only have sleeping accommodations and linens (including towels) for up to 11 people… if you have more in your group you need to bring your own stuff.
