In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement. The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts. This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason. This is a building of eight apartments. There are four (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room. There is an app-operated laundry setup in the basement.
