The space The apartment comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Keep in mind the city requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 5 nights by searching online for "Brown Deer Overnight Parking" and choosing the first result Fees & deposit: - Service fees of up to 20% will apply if you choose to book through 3rd party sites like Airbnb - A flat rate cleaning fee applies to each reservation - Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
