Welcome to our cottage in the heart of Greer's historic downtown. This vintage home includes a fully stocked kitchen, 3 queen-sized beds, a full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. There is a large front porch and the small private back yard is fenced-in. Dogs are welcome! Our quiet street is within a short walk to Greer's downtown shops, fine restaurants, and the Greer City Park. We love Greer and enjoy sharing our cottage with visitors. The space *There is keypad entry for 24 hour check-in. *The is a private well-lit driveway for parking. *There is a large front porch and a private fenced-in back yard with a patio. *There are oak floors throughout and original pine floors in the kitchen. *The vintage bathroom has been restored and there is a Powder Room. *The new kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. *There is a brand new LG Washer/dryer. *We are Pet-Friendly for dogs! Sleeping: *There are 3 bedrooms - each with a queen size bed. *There is also a sofa bed. Technology: *High speed Wifi *There is a Smart TV in the living room with cable and streaming capabilities. Dining: *The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, flatware, cookware, a microwave, a Keurig machine with a coffee pot, a toaster, a blender, basic spices and baking staples. *There is also a round dining table with seating for 4-6 Guest access You'll have the entire cottage to yourself.
