The space Enjoy an outdoor patio table, picnic table, shared screened in porch with a duplex on site, a back yard for lawn games, as well as a shared outdoor shower. There is a duplex in the front of the property. There is a shared screened porch with games, beach chairs available, an outdoor shower, and picnic table. Private beach parking is available upon request and availability. The home is equipped with smart locks, and smart TVs(bring your own apps).. Bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel provided for each guest. Pets are allowed with $100 pet fee. Guest access You have access to a driveway that can accommodate two cars along/parallel to the street(but not in the street) . Parking on the street is prohibited and you can be ticketed.
