It has three bedrooms, the main one with a window that offers a lovely ocean view. The other two rooms are located at the entrance to the house and connect to each other. All the rooms are spacious, fresh and evenly equipped. Each room has a private bathroom, AC, ceiling fan, closet, a desk, and queen-size furniture. Mosquito nets have been installed throughout the house and blackout curtains in the rooms to ensure maximum comfort. In addition, hammock hooks have been incorporated, offering the possibility of bringing your own. The kitchen is equipped with new and cooking appliances, as well as full dishes for up to 8 people. The room and dining room are spacious and cool, accommodating up to 8 on the dining table. In the living room, there is a TV screen with Roku for additional entertainment. The internet is high speed, reaching 20 mbps. For the convenience of the residents, there is a garage available for one car, and there is also the possibility of outdoor parking without difficulty. Guest access The house and all its spaces are exclusive for the guests. Other things to note House Rules: Check-in and Check-out: Check-in from 3 p.m. Check-out at 11am. No smoking. No parties or events. Additional Rules: CHECK OUT: Check out time is at 11 am. If you need to check out later, check availability. After 3 p.m. on the stipulated day an additional night will be charged. CHECK IN: Check in is after 3pm. TRASH: Help us keep the house garbage free; place your bags closed on the bench for collection. PROPERTY DAMAGE: The property must be left in the same condition it was delivered. Any damages must be reported; the amount will be assessed and paid for by the guest. WHITE CARE: Please avoid sitting on the bed with wet swimwear to prevent damage to the mattress or stains. Use bath towels only for that purpose and do not take them to the beach. We have left one towel for the beach Take care of each towel; in case of stains or loss, a charge will be applied. DECORATION: Do not move, remove or replace the furniture, objects or decoration of the room and the house. SMOKE-FREE SPACE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Failure to comply results in a $2000 MXN penalty. You can smoke outside and pick up the cigarette butts. USE OF ILLICIT SUBSTANCES: No drug and narcotics use on property. Any illegal activity will be reported to authorities. VIEWS: No gatherings or parties allowed on property Only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized visits must evict the place. EXTRA PERSON: Extra people have an extra cost on the initial reservation. LOSS OR THEFT: Host is not responsible for loss or theft. Make sure to close doors and windows. INVENTORY: Please take care of the inventory of the accommodation. Any damage will have an extra cost.
