Come relax in this comfortable apartment! This space features one bedroom with a queen bed, living area with pull-out sofa bed, bathroom (jacuzzi tub!) & large closet. Living area has home theatre system with surround sound and kitchenette (sink, small fridge/freezer, hot plate, microwave & keurig) & private washer+dryer. Located in the basement of our family home with it's own private entrance through the garage. *Note: there will be the sound of footsteps and small children in the home above. The space One spacious bedroom with queen size Sleep Number bed, one living area with kitchenette and pull-out sofa, private laundry facilities, bathroom and walk in closet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, with private entrance thru the garage. Parking available for 1 vehicle in the garage. Other things to note There is a young family above this apartment, so you will hear the “pitter-patter” of little feet and other occasional sounds from normal day-to-day life in the home above you during the day. Nights are very quiet after 8pm. SMALL pets are allowed, with additional pet fee. There is no fenced yard so pets would need to be LEASHED at all times when outside. Pets may not be left unattended (unless kenneled). It is the sole responsibility of the guest to clean up after their pet, for example: cleaning litter box, picking up after dog outside, etc)
