It’s very quiet and safe and most of the residents here are full-time locals. This is a small village. You will see neighborhood cats and a dog or two as well as kids riding bikes. Feel free to interact as little or as much as you like. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home as well as surrounding private outside space, outdoor shower and hammock! Other things to note The air conditioning is only in the master bedroom. All rooms have ceiling and standing fans for comfort and airflow.
