Our cosy studio is located in Pointe aux Canonniers, a quiet commercial/residential area. Steps away from Mon Choisy public beach. Around, you will find everything you will need for an enjoyable stay; shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, coffee shops, mini mart, veggie market and so much more. The space Our cosy studio is uniquely designed and is equipped with the basic for an enjoyable stay. Our space is ideal for digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work with a reliable wi-fi connection, as well as for the more adventurous looking for a place to retreat after a day out. Other things to note - A parking lot is made available for our guests in front of our building. (No restriction hours) - Laundry space; a washing machine, in the backyard, is made available for all our guests to use (soap is also provided). The iron is inside the studio itself, however, the ironing board is common (found in the laundry space); Kindly put it back for other guests to use as well. - The bin is to be found on the side of our building (left handside when heading outside the building). - Fresh bed linens & towels can be provided once every 7 days for stays of 2 weeks. For longer stays, exceeding 2 weeks, once every 10 days. *Housekeeping is at an additional cost since cleaning equipments are provided in the common store of the building.
