This spacious and historic character apartment is located on the 1st floor. While the building does not have elevator, the stairs are not steep, making access easy. Located in an historical building, built during the Austro-Hungarian era, directly opposite the iconic Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, our home provides a picturesque and culturally rich backdrop for your stay. Apartment is designed with families and their furry friends in mind. We strive to ensure that our little guests feel right at home, offering a selection of high-quality toys to keep them entertained. Pets are warmly welcomed, and we have a special surprise waiting for them to make their stay just as delightful. For those who work remotely, our apartment features a dedicated workspace that makes working from home convenient and efficient. We have ensured that you have a strong fast internet connection, allowing you to work seamlessly from any room in the apartment. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property. Other things to note We do not have private parking available. Additionally, there are two public parking garages very close to our apartment. A daily pass costs approximately 13 € If you are arriving by car, we will be happy to assist you with parking. Please note that the maximum number of guests is 5. Children over the age of 2 are considered guests. We have a doorbell camera monitoring the exterior door. For longer bookings, please contact us in advance so we can confirm all the more specifically. Cleaning policy: We maintain rigorous hygiene standards after each guest. Our professional steam cleaner is used to sanitize all floors and high-touch surfaces. Additionally, all towels and linens are washed at temperatures between 60°C and 90°C with steam function. All rooms are well-ventilated between bookings.
