Park Place Bellaire delivers a clean, relaxing home for you to enjoy and experience northern MI. Downtown Bellaire with all of the restaurants and shops is just steps away and the park is directly across the street which features walking/biking paths, beach, kayak drop, tennis, basketball courts and more. Golf and Skiing close by and the large, completely fenced yard with fire pit and patio is perfect to unwind after a day of adventure. Indoor corn hole & ping pong plus spa in cooler months! The space Our home has an open living dining concept with the primary bedroom with en-suite at the rear of the home. Two bedroom upstairs as well as full bath, loft with extra sleeping arrangements and a work space. The garage has the patio furniture stored during the winter as well as the grill (all is accessible) along with a shelf full of fun that you are welcome to use. It includes snow shoes, life jackets, tennis racquets and balls, pickle ball paddles, ladder ball, corn hole boards and bags, bocci ball as well as a basketball. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property. We do have a locked closet for our personal possessions as we do frequent our home. There are two garage storage cabinets that are locked as well and used for storage and home improvement supplies. Other things to note The home features a large fire pit with seating for 8. We do not provide firewood. Also the large upstairs bedroom has a door leading to a small deck with railing and a beautiful view. Please do not climb over railing or enter or exit the home through any windows.
