Close to highways 315, 23, 71, and the 270 loop; therefore most Columbus destinations are less than 15 min away. Perfect as a family destination, or as a home base as you explore the area. *For groups larger than 7, check nextdoor at Tammy's Cottage (also on Airbnb) for availability and see if you can book both! The space As you walk in you'll notice an open floor plan with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped for 6-7 people and has stainless steel appliances. The living room has a breakfast nook, big sectional couch and Ultra HD TV with Hulu and Disney Plus included. The sunroom/dining room is a great place to look out at the trees while you have your meal, or do a jigsaw puzzle! One bedroom with a queen bed, and one full bathroom are on first floor. The other two bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor*. The sleeper sofa is on the second floor landing and can be converted to bed on request. *Please note that the stairs to the second floor are steeper than usual. Outdoors you can enjoy the front or back deck, hammock, charcoal grill* and fire pit. In the summer you can enjoy some color from the flower and vegetable beds. *Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid, as they are not guaranteed to be stocked. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and everything on the property, with the exception of the sheds. Laundry room with washer and dryer is available only for bookings 7 nights and longer. Other things to note Please note that the stairs are very steep. One bedroom is downstairs, but the other two bedrooms are upstairs. You are welcome to use the fire pit, but we cannot guarantee there will be ample and dry firewood. If you want to have a fire you should bring your own wood. Please request to have the sleeper sofa converted to a bed if you would like to have it.
