The space Firewood is provided for the fireplace and the cabin has Central Heat and Air to keep you comfortable year around. Plenty of sleds are provided in the storage area under the cabin and you can walk to sledding hills at Dorabelle Cove or drive to the Tamarack or Coyote Snow Parks (15 min drive). Lake beaches at Dorabelle Cove are a 10 min walk from the cabin and offer lake/beach access and hiking trails with lake views (free to walk in, $10 day use for cars). The walk there has a downhill slope and the walk back has an incline. The house has sleds, beach towels, beach chairs, floaties & sand toys for your use. We are a pet-friendly cabin, and provide food/water bowls, dog toys/balls and pet waste bags. Pets must be 100% reliably potty-trained and well behaved. Pets are not allowed on beds/couches and cannot be left unsupervised unless crated. Potential guests with dog hair allergies, please be aware that even though the cabin is throughly cleaned, dander may still be in the air/vents. For beverages, we provide regular and decaf coffee, sugar, alternative sugars, creamer and a Keurig coffee maker with ability to brew both full pot and individual cups. We provide teas, hot chocolate, chai latte mix, microwavable popcorn and individually wrapped S'mores. If you plan to cook, we provide everything you need, including 4-burner electric stove/oven, BBQ propane grill, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, pots & pans, baking ware, cooking and eating utensils, cooking oils, herbs, spices, plates, cups (including kids plates/cups), wine glasses, bottle/wine openers, blender, hand mixer and waffle maker. New/soft bed linens and towels are provided for your stay and there is a full size washer/dryer for your use as well as hypoallergenic detergent. We only use hypoallergenic detergent on our sheets/towels. The interior is all single level, but there’s a staircase to get up to the front door/deck - you cannot access the house without the stairs. The side staircase has less steps, but that portion of the driveway can be covered in snow in the winter. There is a comfy hammock stored under the middle bedroom Queen bed that hangs on the poles off side yard by kitchen, and a corn hole game stored under primary room bed. We provide plenty of board games, card games, dominoes, toys, books etc. for all age levels. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property of the spacious wooded lot on nearly a quarter acre. There’s a convenient semi-circle driveway with an additional straight extension toward the side of the house for parking several vehicles/large vehicles, an RV or boat. The grounds are not fenced and wildlife can wander through. Never leave pets, children or food unattended outdoors or on the deck. Other things to note QUIET HOURS: This is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties/loud music. Quiet hours 10 pm-8 am. Thanks for keeping our neighborhood peaceful & relaxing. PETS: Only 100% reliably potty trained, well-behaved pets accepted. No pets on beds, couch or left unsupervised unless crated. When booking, please include details about your pet, and add the pet fee for the extra cleaning and wear & tear. CAMPFIRES: We provide an outdoor wood burning fireplace, firewood, S'mores & skewers. Outdoor fires are extremely risky, and we ask guests to use the highest level of caution! Never leave a fire unattended, and always close the fireplace door when done to contain all sparks/hot ashes.
