At the front you have the ocean just a few steps away and at the back the estuary with a jaw-dropping view of the mountain valleys! Located in "La Barra De Santiago" a protected area know for its biodiversity. "Casa Margarita" is the perfect oasis to share time and build memories with friends and family. The space This modern rustic home features 4 amazing bedrooms designed to give you comfort and the perfect rest. In the main house you'll find three bedrooms each with a built-in bunk bed and a queen bed with their own bathrooms. The main bedroom is located in the second floor of a detached bungalow, underneath you will find a boho-chic sitting area, with seats, hammocks and a dinning table. Upstairs you will find the balcony with a small sitting area which gives entrance to the spacious room with a queen bed, walking closet, and master bath. Each bedroom has a sealing fan and A/C so you can adjust them to your perfect temperature. The house has a fully equipped chef's kitchen including an oven with five burning tops, a standard fridge, cups, plates, pots&pans and utensils. In the kitchen we include essentials such as drinking water, charcoal for the bbq, oil, and some spices so you can feel right at home. The main dinning table is located in a small bungalow behind the pool with views of the estuary and the ocean. It features space for up to 14 people and has close access to the outdoor BBQ and main kitchen. The house layout was inspired in a Marrocan Ryad, throughout the property you will find multiple outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the breathtaking views and year round summer breeze. Guest access You can arrive to the property with a 4x4 car and park in the designated area for up to 4 vehicles. If you don't have a 4x4 vehicle we will provide an annex parking before the end of the road and a courtesy boat ride to the house and back. Other things to note Connect with your child self! If you are looking for some excitement we got you covered! Upon reservation, the host will provide you with a "Casa Margarita" welcome guide where you can select multiple activities (including a crocodile safari!). In the house, you will find a space to practice basket throws, a football, a beach volleyball set, paddle boards, and a kayak.
