Cleaning products are high on the shelves in the laundry closet away from kids reach. The kitchen does have cleaning products underneath so that will have to be secured with rubber bands if you chose. -There is no need for outlet covers. All electrical is up to code (you have to stick two prongs in at the same time to deliver electricity) -All heavy furniture is attached to the walls securely. -There are ceiling fans and blackout shades in each bedroom. -Smoke and carbon dioxide detectors up to code (located in each bedroom and hallways on each floor). Guest access Guests will have full private access to the home. Guests will access the home via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival. PARKING: 2 OFF STREET PARKING SPACES in the rear of the home for registered guests only. The parking pad is 19' x 19'. Please check your car specifications to see if the space can accommodate your vehicle. One guest street parking pass available upon request. Due to the historic nature of the home, all guests must be able to navigate stairs. There are a few steps from the parking pad to the back entrance of the home. There are many steps from the sidewalk to the front porch. This home has three stories with 15 steps on each flight of stairs. Guest do not have access to the basement and cleaning closet unless approved by homeowners. Other things to note Check in/out details will be provided prior to arrival.
