The space Welcome to Magruder - our stunning Fayetteville home is on the National Historical Registry, MINUTES from everything NWA has to offer! When you first arrive at Magruder, you'll immediately notice the extensive stonework that makes up the exterior of our home. If you walk up the stone steps from our circle driveway, you'll find our front door, which is accented by our beautiful stain glass window. Walk through the front door and you'll enter into our stunning, one-of-a-kind open-concept living room with sunken sitting space, wood-beam ceilings, stone floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and midcentury modern accents. Here, you'll have access to our built-in couches and book shelves, multiple lounge chairs, natural wood burning fireplace, desk area, 65-inch Vizio Smart TV and board games - including Monopoly, Chess, Checkers and Dominos. This space is as much a pleasure to look at as it is to live in. Under the TV, you'll find an iPhone that controls our extensive Sonos Sound System, with speakers in main rooms - even on the back patio! All speakers are synced to play the same sound and volume controlled by the Iphone. Through the living area, you'll see our 8-top dining table, which is backed by open shelving containing dinnerware, drink ware and knick knacks. To the left of the dining area, you'll find the kitchen. Our kitchen is fully-stocked with high-end cooking amenities, including a stainless steel Kitchen Aid Gas Range with double ovens, a drip coffee maker, a Keurig and other cooking appliances including Crock Pot, Air Fryer and Electric GrillHere, you'll also have access to the back patio through a sliding glass door. When it's time to settle down for the night, cozy-up in our luxury Master bedroom. This room has a King-size bed, two closets, dresser, 42-inch Vizio Smart TV on wall swivel for easier view from bed, Ceiling fan that's controlled by remote for light and fan speeds, direct access to the back patio and a STUNNING en suite bathroom with natural stone accents, a sunken bathtub combo with rain shower head and two handheld heads, and Heated Tile Floors. Outside, unwind in one of our many outdoor living spaces! At the front of our home, you'll see our stone patio with plenty of various seating styles overlooking our quiet street and the University of Arkansas campus. When Tree leaves are missing, You can see the back of the Jumbotron with the Razorback logo at Razorback Football Stadium. Property is 0.7 miles from U of A football stadium. Out back, you'll have access to our semi-covered patio, which has a new HOT TUB, lounge seating, fire pit up on the back yard, Vision (like the Green Egg) grill and a New propane grill. Directly behind the house is a 20 acre nature conservatory , which provides our backyard with a sense of peace and quiet, as well as wildlife! With deer corn on site you can be spread on the ground Matts near the storage shed and watch from the kitchen window or out on the front porch veranda. This is a favorite spot to relax after a long day exploring NWA! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there are exterior cameras facing the driveway and street for security purposes.
