Quaint 800 square foot, one-story beach cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and will comfortable accommodate a total of 6 guests. (Maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced) Property is located just steps from Morro Bay Harbor and Embarcadero! Large private backyard is great for kiddos with a swing set, playhouse, and pool table. Adults can enjoy patio dining, lounging in the hammock, yard games, horseshoes, or take a stroll down memory lane playing the classic Nintendo System! The space SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Bedroom #1 - King Size Bed Bedroom #2 - King Size Bed Living Room - Queen Size Sofa Bed Other - Pack-n-Play with mattress with linen is available Property is equipped with a classic Nintendo Entertainment System gaming console which has been outfitted with every NES game produced. Have fun taking a stroll down memory lane!!! Backyard area offers lots of fun with a swingset, playhouse, kids pool table, horseshoe pit, and various yard games (such as giant connect 4, giant Sorry, giant Jenga, giant checkers/chess, Yardzee, etc.) ABOUT THE SPACE: This comfortable 2 bedroom cottage has a full kitchen with dining area. Home is private, sitting back from the street, yet is still very conveniently located just half a block from the Harbor and Embarcadero. There is a good sized private fenced back yard with a large patio and charcoal BBQ to enjoy (please bring your own charcoal). A patio table large enough for 6 allows dining, game playing, or just casual lounging while on vacation. This home also has its own private washer and dryer (no coins needed). Both bedrooms have memory foam king beds and the living room has a pull out sofa (queen) bed. The bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and is located between and adjoins the two bedrooms. Home has one assigned parking space. Free public parking lot is located across the street, and free street parking is also available. The garage is locked and is not available to guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal. A dual Keirug (singles and 12 cup pot) is available for your caffeine needs. Please note that there is no dishwasher. If cooking isn’t your specialty the Morro Bay Embarcadero is just steps away and has many different wonferful dining options available. Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and laundry detergent are all provided for your convenience. Items are provided as a courtesy and are not guarantied. You may need to purchase additional supplies for larger parties or extended stays. Also, we provide all of the following freshly laundered linens for your stay: towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, quilts, and blankets. A a pack n play with mattress and linens, a booster/highchair seat, and Bumbo chair is also available for guest use. We also have your trip to the beach covered! We offer a foldup wagon, folding chairs, 1 small and 1 large ice chest, beach blanket, umbrella, and beach towels. Guest access Guests will have access to entire cottage, 1 assigned parking space, and private backyard area. The garage is locked and is not available to guests. Other things to note RULES: - Maximum occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced (Occupancy greater than 6 will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and additional $500 fee) - Must be 25 years old to rent this property - No smoking or vaping inside the home - No events or gatherings allowed (Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and an additional $1,000 fee) - No pets allowed (Unauthorized Pets - Minimum $500 Fee) - Quiet Hours - 10pm-8am - No exception to Check-In (4:00pm) and Check-Out (11:00am) times unless pre-approved by host in advance - No 3rd Party Bookings - Person making reservation must be staying at the property - We do not offer cancellations, refunds, reschedules, or credits of any kind for weather conditions as they are beyond our control. We strongly suggest that guests purchase the travel insurance offered by Airbnb at the time of booking . - No flushing anything other than toilet paper in toilets - Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors - The home does not have a garbage disposal, so please do not put food down the drain - The garage is locked and is not accessible for guests - Please park only one vehicle in the assigned parking space. Multiple vehicles are not allowed. If additional parking is required, free street parking is available, and there is a free public parking lot located across the street. - Swing set is designed for kids age 3-8 A FEW OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ***Our cottage was built in the 1930s and the water lines are located on the exterior of the home. The kitchen sink gets great hot water, it just sometimes takes 30-60 seconds to get there. Just make sure the handle is pushed all the way towards the wall/window and let the water run for 30-60 seconds. ***All the neighboring properties were also built in the 1930s, and as a result our neighbor's property sits directly on the property line with no setbacks, thus it adjoins our back yard. Our neighbors will occasionally need to enter the back yard area to service things on the side of their home. They will always reach out and provide notification prior to entry. ***Please be advised that there will be third parites periodically on site at the property to perform landscaping services. This typically occurs on Thursdays, however days are subject to change. They will access both the front and back yard area temporarily. ***Please be advised that a third party will come place the trash, recycling, and green waste bins out at the curb on Sunday evening/night and will return them near the garage area on Monday.
