Room 2, your private haven, offers a cozy layout with a modern en-suite bathroom. The room and bathroom are exclusively yours, while the high-end kitchen, laundry facilities, and office space with a stunning view are shared with me, the owner, and one other guest. Located near Braves Stadium and downtown Atlanta, our home combines tranquility with convenience, observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM for rest and productivity. These areas are shared with me and one other guest. During your stay I value your privacy and aim to provide a tranquil environment. While I generally keep to myself, I’m available for any assistance or queries. After check-in, you’ll receive my number for swift responses, and you can also use Airbnb chat. I usually greet guests on their first day and then allow them the space to enjoy their stay independently. The other guest in Room 2 also prefers privacy, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere in our home. Other things to note Before booking your stay in Room 2 at our Smyrna location, here are some important points to note: • Parking: Street parking is available for Room 2. • Supplies: We provide basic amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap to start your stay. Long-term guests are expected to supply their own after the initial ones run out. • Savings for Long-Term Stays: Guests who stay for over three months and consistently pay through Airbnb are eligible for additional savings. • Contact Information: Airbnb will release my contact information once your booking is confirmed. Prior to this, I can provide estimated travel times to requested locations. • House Rules: We maintain a peaceful environment.
