Welcome to our cozy creekside cabin! Set on 3/4 of an acre, in a neighborhood setting, surrounded by beautiful trees and a small creek you can listen to while enjoying your morning coffee on the covered deck. This well-equipped cabin is 2 miles from a Walmart and just 3 miles to downtown Franklin. Close to many activities including white water rafting, hiking, biking, waterfalls and scenic drives. 30 minutes to Highlands for great shopping & Dry Falls! *New mini-split a/c & heat in each room! The space Our cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. We have two bedrooms each with a queen plush mattress. One full bathroom. Cozy living room with Roku TV, Hulu, and Wifi. Nice covered deck overlooking the back yard. You can hear the creek and it's very peaceful. Fire pit with adirondack chairs and propane grill for all your outdoor needs. Other things to note We have a tiny house on our property as well, that my brother stays in. You will have the entire driveway and backyard to yourself. Our cabin is on a one-lane dirt road (about 500 feet down). You may have to pull into a driveway or back up when another car approaches. Our driveway is long and narrow, on a slight incline.
