Airport The space Our 1950’s Cottage is located in a residential neighborhood on a dead-end street. We purchased the cozy gray cottage in fall of 2022, and have been doing extensive restoration to the interior and exterior. Directly off the kitchen are bedrooms 1 & 2 and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 (Sleeps One) ✦ Twin memory foam mattress and dresser. Bedrooms 1 & 2 includes- ✦ 32” smart tv ready for you to login to your favorite streaming services. ✦ White linens, quilt, comforter, and pillows. ✦ Luggage rack. ✦ Light filtering shades. Bedroom 3 (Sleeps two- three) Nestled at the back of the home is the 3rd and largest bedroom. Furnished with: ✦ 1- king size nectar memory foam mattress. ✦ 1- built-in daybed (dimensions 36x73). ✦ 43” smart tv. ✦ Light filtering shades. ✦ Dressers and luggage racks. ✦ Storage bench- inside bench is a twin comforter and king quilt. ✦ Alexa echo dot available to listen to music, set an alarm, ask for weather updates or time. BATHROOM The cozy full bathroom with tub/shower combo includes: ✦ Blow dryer ✦ Oversized wall mirror ✦ 2 rolls of toilet paper ✦ 1 bar of hand soap ✦ Plush white bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and make-up towels. ✗ We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Hallway linen closet located next to the bathroom is stocked with extra bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, designated make-up towels, and extra pillows. LAUNDRY ROOM On site washer & dryer are available for guest on reservation to use, along with- ✦ Handheld clothing steamer (located in utility cabinet). ✦ Drying rack ✦ 6 sent-free tide pods and dryer sheets. EXTERIOR/YARD Front porch has five steps to climb before entering the home. Side entrance has 4 steps. The cozy gray cottage is surrounded by lush landscaping, tall shady trees, and has a large private yard. ✦ Private outdoor patio with dining table and seating for up to 6 FREE PARKING The property has a long gravel driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, street parking is not available. - Please contact us if you plan to park a large recreational vehicle or boat in driveway. ❖ We look forward to hosting you but first, please read the house rules at the bottom of the page to make sure we are a good fit for each other. ❖ We require all bookings to sign a rental agreement online in order to protect our home and insure all our guest have a great experience, It’s quick & easy! ✗ No locals are permitted to rent or stay at the house, unless special request is granted. Experience Erie like a local and make your reservation today! ☛ HOUSE RULES ☚ • All reservations are required to sign a rental agreement with-in 24hrs of booking or your reservation will be canceled. • MUST be 25 years or older to book a reservation. • Please respect check-in (4pm) & check-out (10am) time. • No unregistered guest allowed. • Noise curfew 10pm - 8am. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • No smoking inside or near the home: includes but not limited to- cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, pipes, hookah, etc. • No parties or events allowed. • Please NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms. • Please clean up after yourself. • Please turn off baseboard heat in third bedroom and all lights when you leave the home. • Please take care of the furnishings. Damages will be charged to guest. • Please take the trash out before leaving. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture and/or take furniture outside of the home. Please do not bring outside furniture inside the home. • No pets allowed. • Please take shoes off when inside home. • No open flames or candles. • Respect our neighbors. SECURITY CAMERAS: 3 exterior security cameras/ audio devices, recording 24/7, not actively monitored (unless neighbors call). Camera locations- flood light camera located on the side door entrance facing driveway, located 10ft high on corner of house facing driveway, and doorbell camera on front door facing the street. Absolutely NO cameras/ audio recording devices INSIDE our home, and no cameras facing the backyard. Guest access Keyless entry Access code provided a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note Guest have access to the entire finished/ living areas in home. The basement is locked and strictly used for the homes utilities, extra linens, and cleaning supplies. The attic access is locked and located behind the utility cabinet in the coffee bar room. Both of these areas can only be accessed in the home and are locked and unfinished/vacant.
