Around the property, you will find beautiful gardens providing fresh ingredients for our in-house chef, an interactive chicken coop serving fresh eggs for breakfast daily, multiple outdoor lounge areas for intimate conversation or late-night storytelling under the stars, and soothing sounds of running water and beautiful koi fish in the courtyard. Entertain your group in our open concept Pool and dining area where you can enjoy dinner outdoors after a full day soaking up the sun and finish off the evening sipping cocktails in the 20-person hot tub with a view of the open vista. RENTAL PRICING & EVENT INFORMATION: RENTAL A: $2,600/night and sleeps up to 21 people. It includes all of option A, plus the 2 mirroring Agave Courtyard Apartments, used for full families or individual suites with shared living rooms. This is the Full Estate rental and includes a total of 10 bedrooms available for double occupancy sleeping up to 21 people max. RENTAL B: $1,800/night and sleeps up to 13 people. This includes the Main House, Pool Casita, and Yucatan room, plus the 2 bedrooms in Palm Court, Chiapas and Moroccan twin. The main house includes 2 bedrooms; Principal 1 and Principal 2 up the grand staircase, typically used for Head of Household each with king beds. The Pool Casita is a two-story house located behind the main house, perfect for a couple or individual wanting more privacy in their King room overlooking the pool. The Yucatan king suite is located at the entrance of the private property. Chiapas Room features a queen bed with a twin day bed trundle, and the Moroccan room has 2 twin beds. EVENTS: The property is newly renovated with an Event Lawn, Chapel Backdrop, and Additional Areas for all types of celebrations. This property is designed to host celebrations up to 150 people. An Event Contract is executed with additional event fees after the property is booked at Option A and a 4 night minimum is required. Event site rental fee is 2500.00 or 35.00 per guest whichever is higher, per event. Event Lawn, Chapel Backdrop, and Additional Areas for Celebrations. A tent is required for your reception and is to be coordinated through your Event Planner and provided by the vendor of your choice. The property does not own a tent, and if you outsource a tent for your event, the venue charges a 1200.00 installation fee per event to cover lawn wear and tear. There is an overtime fee for house staff to remain on property during the events, for 750.00 per event (up to 10 hours). You can extend the event in the private Night Club available for rent for 1200.00. The space accommodates around to 60 guests. HSA is dressed with luxurious Peacock Alley linens, and equipped with a fully stocked Nespresso, full bathroom, and refrigerator access. In addition to the 10 rooms, Hacienda Santa Ana has a grand foyer, intimate formal living room, an Entertainment room that opens into the pool lounge, a fully functioning gym, and a breathtaking bar lounge. Guest access The Property is private to the renter and we do not rent to separate groups. Your group will have access to the portion of the property booked, excluding the owner's private closet, wine cellar, and Laundry room which is operated by the house staff. Other things to note The house includes daily breakfast and cleaning service: Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Extra working hours for staff are not included but can be added for an additional cost. House staff gratuity is based on the number of rooms used at the rate of 20 USD per room/per day.
