Little Dipper - Cute 1 bedroom Camper!
This cute little camper is situated on a lot at Swann's Marina on Lake Douglas. We have a boat launch ramp, a ship store, marina, restaurant and boat slip (if available) onsite. This camper is modern with a fire-pit outside, stereo system, TV with DVD/Blu Ray Player, bathtub/shower combo.... all the amenities you need to glamp! Bring your favorite movies and come relax! 35 minute drive to Gatlinburg, Sevierville or Pigeon Forge! The space Navigating the Little Dipper: Check in is after 3pm. If you plan on arriving after 5, please call Swann's Marina & Campground for directions as what to do if they have not contacted you already. Check out time is 11am. There is a key pad entry. If there is anything that may be wrong upon your arrival, please let us know. There is a radio/cd player. The power button is at the bottom right corner. Select speaker B for inside speakers. The light switches are by the front door. The left switch turns outside light on/off. The right switch turns the main dome light only. All the other light switches in living/bedroom area are manually switched on/off. There is a bathroom fan, you twist the black knob open it. To turn it off/on, there is a black switch directly across from the twist knob. You flush the toilet by pulling the knob on the left hand side towards you. Please do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper (feminine products, paper towels, flushable wipes etc, please put in the trash). Wifi is available. It is “swannsguest” and there is not a password needed. A Roku smart tv is there for viewing and also a DVD player.(There are a few DVDs provided). The stove/oven in the kitchen area has to be manually lit. There are pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. There is a laundry basket to put your dirty towels and washcloths in. Please be sure they are all in there before checking out. The AC unit is controlled by adjusting controls on the ceiling unit face plate. Heat is controlled by wall controller behind the TV. During the winter, please make sure you leave the temperature at 68 degrees and 72 degrees during the summer upon check out. The main bed is off in the left corner of the camper that is full size. The table converts to a bed. You lift the tabletop only by wiggling it a little back and forth. Then you twist bottom legs off and place on the floor between the booths. Place the tabletop down between the booths to make it flat. Pull both bigger cushions touching each other and the smaller cushions after that to make the mattress. Sheets and pillows are in the drawers underneath. The couch also turns into a bed. You lift the bottom seat towards you and push back the top to make it lay flat into a bed. The covers, sheets, and pillows are in the above head storage area. All the shades are pull string. If by chance some of the outlets are not working, go to the GFI receptacle by the bathroom sink with the mirror and if there is a green light, reset the GFI. (press the button) The awning is much easier to pull out with two people. There is a heater outside. You just lift the metal skirt with handles and turn propane on (righty tighty, lefty loosey) and lowers the skirt. Turn the control knob and hold 3-5 seconds, then press the red ignitor button and adjust to desired flame. Please do not smoke inside the camper. If you are a smoker, please smoke outside. There is an ashtray out there, so please do not throw onto the ground. Upon departure, please remove all trash and take to the dumpster. They are located at the bathhouse and behind the restaurant on-site. Make sure all dirty, towels, rags, and hand towels are put in the laundry bag provided and left in the bathroom. Campground Rules and Regulations 1. Do not swim within 100 feet of any dock due to potential electric shock hazard. 2. Quiet Time is between the hours of 10 pm-8 am Sun-Thurs and 11 pm-9 am Fri & Saturday. 3. Fishing not permitted from the docks. Bank fishing is allowed away from the launch ramp. 4. The speed limit through the Campground is 5 mph. 5. Pets must be kept on a leash and always supervised. Owners responsible for clean up. 6. Fires are allowed in approved fire rings only when burn bans are not in effect. No bon fires. 7. No large gatherings are allowed without permission of the Campground Manager. This includes bands, DJs, large parties, etc. 8. Golf carts and other motorized vehicles may only be operated by valid driver’s license holders. Bicycles are allowed during daylight hours only. Children thirteen and under must wear helmets. Dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. 9. Be respectful of the tenants and their property, and employees of the Campground/Marina. Lewd behavior, nudity and profanity will not be tolerated at any time. If you invite guests, you will be responsible for their actions. 10. Minors may not be left unattended at any time. 11. No excessively loud engine noise or smoke is permitted. 12. No underage drinking use or possession of illegal substances is allowed by any Campground tenants or guests. Alcohol is permitted on the campsite and designated areas only. 13. Campground tenants and guests are not permitted to trespass on another tenants' property. Only access to the agreed upon site and campground facilities is permitted. 14. Fireworks are not permitted on the property at all. 15.
