Carraig Mor is a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath cottage in the middle of, yet an oasis in, Baileys Harbor. You can walk to the marina, beach, children’s park, dog park, shops, restaurants, The Ridges and cafes. Carraig has 3 bedrooms all upstairs with wood floors in each. The home is on 1/2 an acre of near botanical garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. It has A/C. Everything to enjoy your stay. If you wish to bring pets there is a $40 per day, per pet fee that will be additional plus tax. *If y The space When all legal agreements are signed and the reservation is up to date with all necessary information, we will send you out a great guide that will give you all information about the home, access code, passwords etc. The guide will also have a lot of ideas on where to go as well and other suggestions. Guest access Guests will access Carraig Beag with a code that will be sent out in our guide Other things to note Carraig Mór has three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a double and a single bed each and share a full bath that is also upstairs. All bedrooms have ample closet space. All beds have covers and pillows. Linens and towels are provided. Downstairs there is a half bathroom and a washer/dryer. There are two separate living rooms, one of which has a wood burning fireplace. There is a sound system whereby you can play music throughout the house and patio outside. We reluctantly decided to add a TV and DVD player but there is no TV service. There is a Roku stick so that you can use to access your own subscriptions. Surprisingly, not having a traditional TV service has been a hit with our guests. They have reported back that they had much more interaction and fun with their kids and grandkids, playing with the many board games that we have available. They have said it has been years since they have had such meaningful conversations with their kids and are very appreciative of this. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There is an electric oven, gas cook top, fridge, coffee pot, all the plates, pots, cups, pans, and glasses that you will need. On rare occasions a guest will tell us of something that is missing and we will replace as soon as possible. There is also a large Weber Grill on the patio. Should you run out of gas just bring the tank down to the gas station in Baileys Harbor and swap it out for a full one. We will reimburse you for the cost of the gas.
