Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min. Other things to note Other things to note This is a NON-SMOKING house. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged $500 plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages. Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.
