Near the building there is a 24/7 supermarket called Yerevan City. My guests can anytime to go down and buy everything they need from the supermarket. All the essential shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The space My apartment has a full bedroom for a couple, also with a child. The bedroom has a small balcony with a city view where you can sit and drink your morning coffee. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, a toilet,bidet ,washing machine and sink. In the living room there is a space for dining, full kitchen and sofa bed for having rest and watchin TV. The bedroom and the living room are very sunny and spacious. The decorative walls give relaxation with their unique colors. Guest access Guests can access and use all the parts of the space. Other things to note We share to our guests a chip for the entrance of the entire building and a key for the apartment itself. As a host i am available all the time to answer my guests questions and help them to have comfortable stay in my space. The main thing i ask to my guests to smoke only in balcony so that the smell of the sigaret will not disturb others.
